The Role

We are looking for a highly energetic, passionate Strategic Account Manager that is comfortable presenting the value of Blaxtair solutions. You will promote the values of our advanced AI solution to our ever-growing customer base in the industries of material handling, chemical, waste management, automotive, civil engineering, construction, and more. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and managing strategic relationships with global accounts within the HSE, forklifts, and safety industries. This role will require extensive travel to meet with clients within the North America.

Global Strategic Account Manager Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships with global account HSE, procurement and plant managers across all industries
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of products and services to global accounts
  • Negotiate and close complex deals with global accounts, including T&Cs negotiations
  • Provide thought leadership and industry expertise to clients
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
  • Serve customers by selling Blaxtair products and meeting their needs regarding the health and safety of pedestrians
  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules, calling on existing and potential sales outlets and other trade factors
  • Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor
  • Focus on sales efforts by studying existing and potential volumes of dealers
  • Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature
  • Inform management on activity and results, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Fully engage with company’s CRM for all sales activities
  • Able to work remotely, travel throughout the defined territory, and build relationships…to help save lives!

Job Location / Type

  • Full-time based in the USA
  • Full-time exempt, schedule: Monday to Friday office hours
  • This position involves traveling on average three days per week in the USA

Compensation

  • Base: according to experience and skills
  • Performance bonus is paid twice a year

Profile

Education and Experience:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic account management within the HSE, forklifts, or safety industries
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing global accounts
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to travel 70% of the time
  • Familiarity with MS Office software and use of a CRM
  • Experience as a technician or any technical background strongly appreciated
  • Proficiency in Spanish or French is a plus
