The Role

We are seeking a true leader in this role, with a passion for our company technology, culture, and mission. Arcure continues to grow from 30% to 40% per year, and our market is growing exponentially with the rise in demand for AI for industrial applications. The VP of Sales will show the skills of a leader while building trust within the company.


The VP of Sales engages with all team members daily, with a specific focus on the North American Sales Team, the Arcure Group VP of Sales located in Paris, the Arcure Group Marketing Team, the Head of Customer support, and the Arcure Group General Managers. 


Responsibilities (subject to develop over time)

  • Develop, coach, foster, and manage the sales team for North America in compliance with Arcure’s culture of a positive mindset, team spirit, and sense of responsibility
  • Develop a sales strategy for North America that is compliant with the group’s objectives of growth and profitability
  • Develop sales in North America through 4 channels: direct sales to the top 250 largest U.S. users of off-road vehicles, indirect sales through meta-distributors that represent Blaxtair Inc., indirect sales through off-road vehicle dealers, and indirect sales through vehicle manufacturers (OEM market)
  • Manage all sales and marketing operations for North America in total cooperation with company management
  • Contribute to the development of Arcure sales worldwide by ensuring the best cooperation between the North American Sales Team and other sales persons around the world 
  • Directly manage the relationship with off-road vehicle manufacturer with the support of the OEM Manager in Europe
  • Contribute to the improvement of products and company processes to ensure the development of sales in North America
  • Report with the highest quality the proper use of the CRM by the entire Sales Team
  • Provide accurate weekly reporting, including activity and performance KPIs to company management

Job Location / Type

  • Full-time based in the USA
  • Full-time exempt, schedule: Monday to Friday office hours
  • This position involves traveling on average 3 days per week in North America

  • 2 years experience in product management, preferably within the technology industry
  • College graduate in science or technology is a strong plus
  • French fluency is required for this position
  • Familiarity with MS Office software and the use of a CRM
